Information we collect

Orders contain your name, contact phone, delivery or pickup choice, delivery address where needed, items, payment choice, payment status and any note you provide. Card orders also have payment-provider references. Your card details are entered on the payment provider’s page, not stored by the shop.

An optional account stores your name and registered or contact phone. Phone accounts store a protected password hash, not the password itself. Passkeys store a public credential and a device label; your fingerprint, face data and device PIN stay with your device or passkey provider.

Signing in with Google

With your permission, Google provides your name, verified email address and account identifier so we can create or recognize your shop account. If you allow phone-number access, we read phone numbers from your own Google profile and save a usable Armenian contact number to help confirm orders and fill checkout. We do not access your address book.

Phone sharing is optional. You can enter a contact number yourself or continue to checkout when Google does not share one. Google sign-in tokens are used on the server during sign-in and are not retained as access or refresh tokens.

We use Google account data only for these account and order functions. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can remove the shop’s access in your Google Account’s third-party connections. This stops future access; it does not automatically delete information already held by the shop. Contact us to request deletion. Keep another sign-in method available if you remove Google access.

Why we use information

We use order information to confirm and fulfil orders, arrange delivery or pickup, process payments and respond to questions. Account information supports sign-in and order history. Technical information helps prevent abuse, maintain security and diagnose failures.

Optional analytics help us understand catalogue use and improve the shop. Refusing analytics does not prevent shopping or signing in.

Cookies and browser storage

Functional cookies remember your language, cookie choice and signed-in session. The cart is saved in your browser; an unfinished checkout draft is stored for the current tab. A signed-in session lasts up to 30 days without activity and is renewed when used.

Analytics run only after you accept them. The shop’s analytics record browsing events, catalogue searches and engagement with a random visitor identifier. If Google Analytics is configured, it runs after the same choice on public shop pages, with advertising personalization disabled. The shop’s analytics identifiers and cookie choice last up to 180 days. You can change the choice using Cookies in the footer.

Who receives information

Shop staff access information needed to handle orders and support requests. Service providers support hosting (Vercel), data storage (Upstash), Google sign-in and optional analytics (Google), configured order notifications (Telegram), and online card payments (PayLink and its payment partners). Delivery providers receive the contact and address details needed to deliver an order.

Providers may process information outside Armenia under their own service terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect legitimate security and legal interests.

Storage and retention

Online order records and their tracking history expire after 90 days. Account details and registered sign-in methods remain until the account is deleted; there is no automatic inactivity deletion. The shop’s analytics records expire after 180 days and operational log records after up to 15 days.

Order messages sent to notification services and business or payment records are separate from online tracking. They may remain where needed to fulfil an order, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. Contact us about retention or deletion of these records.

We use encrypted connections, restricted shop administration and protected sign-in credentials. Keep order-tracking links private because anyone holding the link can see that order’s tracking page.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold, request a copy or correction, and request deletion or restriction where applicable. You can withdraw optional analytics or Google permissions. Some information may need to remain for an active order or legal obligation; we will explain any restriction on your request.

For a Google-only account, you can edit your contact phone in Account. Account deletion is handled through the shop’s contact channels. Removing Google access alone does not delete your shop account. You may raise a data-protection concern with the competent Armenian authority.

Changes to this policy

We publish updates here with the date shown above. If a change introduces a new optional use of your information, we will request the relevant permission before that use.
