Shopping and accounts

Registration is optional. Give accurate contact and delivery details when ordering so we can confirm and fulfil the order. Use the shop lawfully; do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another customer’s account or order.

You are responsible for keeping your password, passkeys and order-tracking links private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Phone/password recovery requires shop-assisted identity checks; Google-only accounts use their Google identity or an enrolled passkey.

Products, prices and order confirmation

Prices are shown in Armenian drams. The checkout total includes the selected delivery fee where applicable. Product descriptions, colour codes, weights and spool or refill labels identify what you are ordering; screen colours can differ from the actual material.

Submitting an order sends a request to the shop. We confirm stock and fulfilment details by phone. Stock can change between browsing and confirmation. If availability or a price needs correction, we will contact you about the options before fulfilling the order. A successful online payment confirms payment, not dispatch.

Delivery, pickup and payment

Available delivery choices and their current fees appear at checkout. We agree the delivery or pickup arrangements when confirming the order. Contact us before paying if you need a particular arrival time.

You can choose the payment methods offered at checkout: cash on receipt, bank transfer or online card payment when enabled. Card payments are processed on the payment provider’s page. Do not send card details or banking passwords to the shop.

Changes, cancellation and returns

Contact the shop promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. What can be changed depends on whether the order has been dispatched or collected. For missing, incorrect or defective goods, explain the issue and provide useful details so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under applicable Armenian consumer law and the circumstances of the order. Contact us for the applicable procedure and return arrangements. These terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Website availability

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact the shop if a payment or order result is unclear before trying again. Account order history and private tracking are available during the online order-record retention period of 90 days; keep your payment and order confirmations for your own records.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable Armenian law governs these terms. Contact us first about a question or dispute; your right to seek a remedy through the competent authorities or courts remains intact.

Updated terms are published here with their date. The terms and order details applicable when an order is confirmed govern that order, subject to mandatory law. Contact the shop if a later change needs clarification.
